

Since this was a “towncore in the woods” post, I wanted to share some of my summer fitness adventures in the woods. So, I took a couple of my favorite fitness videos and made a couple of fitness videos that will have you doing the same, including one of me walking around the village core in full stride (I just kept my head down!) and one of me on a hike through the woods with my camera on my shoulder.
I’m hoping that the new video series based on The Village Core will be a good way to get everyone’s blood pumping again.
I know that you can’t exactly “get your blood pumping” in the woods, but it’s still fun to watch. I don’t think you’d know the video series was being made if I didn’t mention it, but I’m sure I could come up with something more meaningful.
The concept of fitness is one that everyone can relate to. And in the interest of providing the opportunity for everyone to get together and just move, I have included the newest video series from The Village Core, called ‘fitness village’. It includes a short video and an in-game guide to a workout called ‘village core’.
Fitness village is a workout game that you play for a few minutes and then you are free to move on with your day. The game is meant to be played with a group of people, but it does provide some exercise for everyone. The video series is a short 4-minute clip in which you play through a series of exercises in a group setting. The game itself involves moving a variety of weight plates, but you can also play on your own and do some light cardio just about anywhere.
A few years ago I was playing the game with a group of eight people. Then I got an accident and my stomach was hurting pretty bad. I went to a local hospital and I was told that I had a mild stomach problem and that the doctor had to take me to the hospital because my stomach was hurting so badly. I didn’t know what to do, so I came back and picked up a small green plastic bag on the floor.
I had a fight with a group of seven people at a local bar. They started running my ass off. The next day, they were yelling at me and asking me a bunch of questions. The first question was “why?” My mother said that they just got a new, hard-core, female friend to go to the hospital and they were going to die. I didn’t know what to do. I’m not stupid. I just figured out that they were just doing nothing.
The truth is that when you’re an average person you probably don’t think about your mortality. Maybe you’re not doing anything about it anymore, but if you are, you probably consider the small things that happen to you to be important.
I think that my life is too short to be of much help at the moment. I think that maybe I need to stop worrying about my own mortality, but I do need to be able to help others.
A lot of our ideas about how to get better at life change a lot. This happens when youre the type of person who has a very bad day.
