prime time fitness las cruces

It’s summer and I’m craving a little bit of a “high”. So when I find myself at the beach in Las Cruces, Mexico, I’m ready to get down and dirty. I’m not talking about a long hot-weather workout. I’m talking about a little bit of sweat on my tummy, a dash of caffeine, and a little bit of sand in my shoe.

This is a bad week for the Las Cruces vacation. If you want to check it out, it’s probably in your cart.

I think we should all be on vacation this weekend. If you need a little beach time, you can find me at the beach in Las Cruces. The only problem is at this time of year, it doesn’t help that our local weather is absolutely terrible. So you can expect to find me soaking wet on the sand, or soaking wet in my swimsuit.

I’ll be out of town from Wednesday through Sunday, but I’m going to be back in Las Cruces on Monday. So I guess we’ll make sure you get a few extra days to check out Las Cruces before my return. And the beach is the place to be this weekend.

To get fit and stay fit, I recommend a three-day weekend. In general, it’s recommended that you don’t start a workout program until after your body has fully healed from a recent injury or surgery. But if you want to get stronger, just one day at a time. For example, if you’re recovering from surgery, you might want to start with a workout that’s easy to keep up with by week two.

Not everyone needs to do a ton of cardio before they start in on cross-training, but it can make a big difference in how much you can do and how good you feel. I am always amazed at the number of people who say they feel better after a cardio workout but then can’t keep up with the work on the elliptical.

I have a great deal of feeling that you should feel better after a workout anyway, as I am in the mood to do it.
