In the summer, you need to be careful about the temperature because the sun does not like temperatures above 65 degrees. In fact, the sun will cause your body to heat up to 110 degrees if you stand under it, so that is pretty much the high end of summer temperature for us here in CA. Wintertime temperatures are not usually as bad, in the same general area, and are much better for outdoor activities.
You should get a good look at what you’re doing. It shouldn’t be too much of a workout, but it should be fun.
Planet Fitness is a fitness brand that specializes in bodybuilding and strength training, but I think they could improve their product for the summer.
