After a long day at work, I usually hit the gym and do what I can to shake off the excess stress. But, when I get home I have to go through the same exact process all over again. I’ve been known to get a little mad. After all, I’m supposed to be working out, right? Well, I find myself in this situation more than a few times a week. So, I’ve started changing up my workouts a bit.
In the early morning I do a big workout (like a lot of the other posters) and it is all about getting as much exercise as possible. Then, I take a little bit of the time and do my workout. Which includes doing my daily workout, walking some distance, jumping in the shower, or whatever it is I do.
The main issue here is that I can’t put my body in the same state as before, so I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. After working out for a week, I end up staying in the same state as before.
I think the problem here is that you can’t take a “one week” or “one day” approach to the workout. Even if you are doing more, it would only be for one hour. So if you want to get the most out of your workout, you have to take it a bit at a time. If you’re only doing two sets of 10 reps, that’s not a workout.
The problem with this is that you need to take care of your body in order to get the most out of your workout. I’m not saying you should run a marathon or lift a heavy weight, but you have to take care of your body in order to get the most out of your workout. That’s why I advocate taking your time over a longer period. For instance, I will take my time and work on my body the day before and the day after my workout.
