

For more than a decade I have been making my own natural supplements by blending various spices, herbs, and amino acids in my kitchen. I also use this same blend in our home for daily nutritional support.

In planet fitness, you play a game of whack-a-mole where you have to eat what they want for breakfast, dinner, lunch, and snacks. In order to get a particular vitamin or nutrients, you have to eat a certain amount of certain foods, so you have to get all the food that they want to be able to get the nutrients.
I love the idea of planet fitness, I love that I can sit down and eat a delicious salad for lunch, and still have all the fiber, protein, and antioxidants that I could want. It seems like I’ve eaten a lot more than I would have for my regular meals.
With a little bit of practice, you can get a bunch of different foods in a few minutes. You’ll probably get a little bit of that. I wouldn’t feel so bad if you could eat some of it, but I would always be wary of a lot of things that might be too complex for you to grasp.

The reason I bring this up is because I’ve seen an increase in fiber consumption in recent years.
