You can easily run up to six (6) Fitness Coaches at once, and each has its own fitness program. You can set up your Fitness Coach to automatically work out for you even if you’ve already exercised. The Fitness Coach Wii has an exercise tracker built into the game, so you can monitor your progress and see your results. The fitness coach also comes with the usual set of games and workouts.
There are a couple of games in the Fitness Coach Wii that may interest you. You can play a game that looks like a cross between a board game like Monopoly and an arcade game like Breakout. You play as a board game millionaire and have to defend your investment in a battle of wits against a gang of henchmen. The game is fairly easy to play and a lot of fun to play with your friends.
It’s a bit like Monopoly, except the banker is actually an evil, amnesiac villain who has been locked in a time loop and has been trying to destroy you for the past seven years. You can try this game with your coach, too. The workout is an exercise routine using Wii Fit or a similar fitness device to help you build or lose a certain amount of weight. If you want to get into a race, it’s often good to start with a slow-paced challenge. With the fast pace (5.25 miles per hour), you can go faster and faster with a little more encouragement. As we discussed earlier, sometimes there’s just too much pressure on your to stop and start. Because of this, the training is actually pretty cool here.
Because you can only be doing one thing at a time, you can’t really do both things all at once. So if you want to go for a run, you can’t train for a full run while also running. Which means you have to stop and start for a few minutes, then rest for a few minutes, and then train for another 20 minutes.
I am a big fan of a small program. It’s so easy to be impatient and get impatient and then start again. So after a few hours of training, you can start again and again. That is so cool.
I get it. You are training for a marathon or a triathlon, doing cardio, and getting in some serious sleep. You have goals that you want to achieve and you want to get to the finish line.
