I am the first to admit that I am guilty of not exercising enough. I’m an early riser and most of my day I am up and out the door by 5:00. I do my best to make up for that with a quick shower and some yoga in the morning. Unfortunately, in my neighborhood I am more likely to work out in the afternoon.

I know, I know, if you’re a morning person that can’t get out of bed early, you should get down to the gym. But the truth is that if I can get my workout in on my day off (or at least the first half of it) I am much more likely to get my exercise in the morning.
