I was planning on writing this about my youth and its purpose. I think I was thinking about why we spend so much time on it, and why we don’t really need to change it. I’m not saying that we should not have to change it. I just think that there is some sort of process we have to follow to maintain fitness.

In any given year, the average American child spends an average of 4.9 hours in class and 2.8 hours outdoors in physical education, according to the U.S. Department of Education. Kids, particularly boys, spend an even higher percentage of their time in school and out of class in the “gym time” of class.

The reason why these kids spend so much time in school is because they are smart, they learn the skills they need, and they are more likely to pursue their dreams when they are in school. So let’s say you have a kid who is an expert in physics. You want to be in the top class in physics, and you want to be in the bottom class in biology. That’s why you have such a hard time keeping up with the math.

Some kids are not in school at all, and most of them don’t do any math. But they are smart enough to know they are in fact in school. They are also going to get into the top 2 kids in biology.

The problem with the idea of having a fitness club is that it’s just a club to get healthy kids into the best form of fitness. You don’t have to be a fitness expert to do that. This might work for you, but it might not work for your kid. Even if you’re a smart kid who has the right idea of what to do (and it might not work for your kid), you have no way of knowing what your kid’s future looks like.

If you want your kids to move towards good health, they are going to have to move towards exercise. A lot of it is going to be walking and running, but there are also lots of other ways, like yoga, group fitness classes, and other activities that will help your kids grow in the right direction.

It’s a good idea to not only make your kids happier in the end, but also to make them more productive. You’re going to need to make sure your kids grow up to be good readers/coaches. You’ll also need to make sure their stories are centered around their experiences and their goals.

So here’s the thing: I’ve noticed a lot of parents in the real world are actually doing way more than just letting their kids ride the coattails of their parents. They’re really working hard to make their kids successful. They’re working so hard that the kids themselves are becoming more and more self-aware. They’re working harder than their parents because they can see themselves succeeding and they know what they’re capable of doing.

And they are doing it in a fun way that kids love, by working out and having fun. So for kids to watch their parents work hard and succeed, they actually have to work hard themselves. So theyre actually doing something that helps them achieve their goals.

It’s a similar concept to how athletes train and do well. You can’t do everything you want to do because you’ll fail because you have habits that make you do that thing instead of that thing. Thats why it’s important that kids do the things that they love, because theyre never going to fail if they don’t.

Phew! It's good to know you're not one of those boring people. I can't stand them myself, but at least now we both understand where each other stands in the totem pole rankings
