If you’ve ever read my blog or seen me on YouTube, you know that I’m not a huge fan of fitness. I’m not a fan of anything that involves equipment. I don’t do Crossfit, and I don’t do running. I’m not a fan of cardio. I’m not a fan of cardio. I’m not a fan of any of the aforementioned.

Well I can see why you might be a fan of Crossfit and running, but to me, those things are just a symptom of something else. I think the problem is that the way we think about fitness is as a collection of things that we are very passionate about. We are all very passionate about running, Crossfit, and cardio, but we aren’t all passionate about every other aspect of life.

This is why I think the term “fitness” is so difficult to define, and why our definition can be so vague. In my opinion, a “fitness” is something that we are very passionate about. We are not passionate about the fact that we are on the treadmill, or that we are running a 5k. We are passionate about our fitness goals, which is often not the same thing as our actual workouts.

I cant think of a better way to describe a fitness than to say that you’d rather put your fitness on hold to go to the gym to get your heart rate up. That means you’d rather do workouts that are fun than do workouts that are hard. We all have our own fitness goals. Most of us will have a fitness goal of training our body to run a marathon, or to run a half-marathon.

That doesn’t mean we all train as hard as we can. For many of us, we’re training for things that don’t require much to do, but our bodies are still working to the point where we need a little more energy. We’re not getting more fitness. We’re getting a little less fitness. We’re trying to do something that requires a little more energy, but we’re not getting more fitness.

We all have our own health goals. Some of us will train to be healthier. Others of us will train to be thinner. Others of us train to run faster. And others of us train to be slimmer. We all have goals and we all need to find our unique way to get there. We all need to find our own path to fitness and we all need to realize that we are not all the same. We need to come to realize that it isn’t all about fitness.

While getting fit is one of the goals that most of us have, getting slimmer is one of the goals that everyone needs to come to realize. I am a huge proponent of a fitness/weight program for my family. However, I also believe that everyone needs to understand that the goal is not to look good for the rest of your life, its to look good for this one.

The most important thing about a fitnessweight program is that it will only work for a couple of weeks each month. The more you get to that phase, the better the program you will develop.

Well, that’s all good and well, but it’s not the only reason the idea isn’t as popular as it once was. The first wave of people to get into the fitnessweight program were the people who had gotten fat. This is because as they got fitter and fatter, they started to lose muscle mass and lose muscle tone. This is why people’s muscles start looking a little flabby in the gym.

Phew! It's good to know you're not one of those boring people. I can't stand them myself, but at least now we both understand where each other stands in the totem pole rankings
