The reality is that we are trying to take care of ourselves now, and we are not going to do it. We are making a huge investment in mental health care, and we are not going to go into those mental health care more because we don’t want to have to go into mental health care the same way we did in the beginning. We are already in a serious crisis.

That crisis, like so many others, is all on our shoulders. We need to remember that the problem is not that we are trying to do too much too quickly. It is that we are trying to do too little. Like I said, we are trying to take care of us. To do so we need to start doing things that are actually good for us. We need to start taking care of ourselves slowly.

This is often the first step to being a better person. The other step is to be an expert at it. There is a difference between following the medical advice and taking your doctor’s advice. The former is a prescription from a doctor who clearly knows what they are doing and the latter is the result of a doctor who was told to do something to you, and that it’s going to work.
