According to the studies I’ve read, the more fit you are, the healthier you are. And that’s especially true when you don’t have a lot of time for yourself. If you have to workout more often, you’re more likely to burn out and not be as healthy as you could be.
So, the idea of fitness and your overall health comes down to a few things: being able to work out, and a good night’s rest. A good, healthy sleep (especially if you’re a couch potato) is also good for you. But I think the health effects of fitness are very real. The good news is that some studies have shown that getting a good night’s rest after a workout is actually good for your heart and mind. The bad news is that you don’t always get a good night’s rest from exercise. According to a study done by the University of Pennsylvania, 60% of college-aged people fail to get enough sleep. That makes for a major shortcoming in our fitness plans.
There’s plenty of evidence that says getting a good nights rest is important, but that the average person only gets 2.5 hours of sleep per night. With that in mind, I started a study to see if we could figure out why. The answer is simple, but not always obvious. The good news is that we can do a little bit of research and take some steps to help ensure you get enough sleep.
If you’re not getting a reasonable amount of sleep, you’re not getting enough benefits from your sleep. Many of our sleep problems are caused by poor sleep quality, and theres a simple, cheap and very effective way to fix it. Its called a sleep hygiene habit. We can all begin to improve our sleep habits and have a much better chance at getting a good nights sleep for a lot less money.

It’s important to help you keep your body moving in a way that your body does not feel like moving around. Just make sure you are having adequate sleep-in. Your body can move in a good way and keep moving. If you sleep without waking yourself up, you may find yourself sleeping less and feeling much more of a burden.
If you are a serious exerciser, then you need to be careful with sleep. There is a big difference between sleeping and not sleeping. Sleeping means you are awake, so you can think and feel. If you do not sleep, you feel lethargic and disinterested. To be clear, you are not wrong to not sleep, unless you are on an extreme sleep deprivation.
