I don’t think I would want to be the type of person who would take a lot of exercise in the beginning of the day, but when I do, I start feeling really out of control. It’s easy to get overwhelmed, and I think it’s a good idea to limit yourself in this way. If you have a good, strong-willed person, they will take you out of their comfort zone.
I think there’s a time for both. I think the best way to do good, well, is to take care of yourself. For example: I am very strict with myself that I dont eat before waking up and I exercise before I do any sort of strenuous exercise. I feel that I can do both, and it seems to be working for me.
