There’s no doubt that a lot of exercise is involved with getting your body in shape, but you can’t just go to a gym and start doing cardio. That’s like trying to run a marathon without training. I did a workout with my sister to get some exercise in her gym so we could workout in her home. After the gym, we went to my sister’s house with my brother and we did some cardio. We got some cardio equipment and we went to one of her workout camps. The camp was like a big fat party. The two of us had a workout that we had to do every day until we were about to go to the gym. We could do cardio every day too.

I think the more I get to know my brother, the more I realize just how much he’s into fitness. There’s a big difference between the two of us. He’s very much into fitness, but he doesn’t think that it’s important to be a gym rat. I think a lot of that is because I know how much he loves things like martial arts. I’m really not into it.
