fitness challenges 2017


The most fun I have on a typical day is when I run, swim, dance, dance, or just play video games. It is because of all of these things that I can say I am healthy. I don’t have to be perfect, it is just a matter of making sure my actions and body parts are in action.

Most fitness enthusiasts are already in this mindset of “if I can do it, then I can do it.” But what about all the people who are not already in this mindset? They have to be perfect to get in the mindset of “I can do anything” and you have to be perfect to get in the mindset of “I need to be perfect and do everything.” You can’t make fitness a priority.

I am not perfect, if you are not, then you don’t deserve to be.

You can’t make fitness a priority, it was meant to be a priority in the first place. But if you don’t get your body in action, then your body is going to get itself in action eventually. You have to get rid of that idea that you can’t do something, because if you can’t do it, then you are not doing it right. So get your body moving to get that perfect body of yours.

If you don’t want to be perfection then you don’t deserve to be.

I’m not saying you should be the best, but you have to be at least good enough to make your body move. We all know that the world is not a perfect place, but if you want to move your body, then you have to do the activity that will get you where you want to be. If you don’t, then you are not doing it right.
