The body is about as flexible as it gets. A lot of us have a few days of work every week to get as much out of our body as we can. In reality, we need to be more flexible about our movements as well. Our body is not the most efficient machine, and using them wasnt really the most efficient way to get the most out of it. Once we got to the gym proper we realized how much more efficient the treadmill and dumbbells were.

I can’t really say I’m a fan of treadmills, but I do enjoy the fact that they are built so that you can climb the stairs while on the treadmill and still get the most out of your workout. The idea of getting the most out of your workout while working out seems good to me.
