A new year is a time of rebirth. The energy of the New Year can be overwhelming. It’s a time for reflection, prayer, and renewal.

I know we know it’s a bit too much to put on this blog, but our goal is to get the word out about the health benefits of the program. So I’m not really that interested in doing this. After spending almost two months watching the video for this blog, I am so glad I went. The fitness video is well worth watching. If you’ve never been to a gym before, you’ll quickly realize that there are two types of gyms in America: the one that has the cardio machines and the one that has the weight machines. The difference is that in the former you’ll find machines for the basic movements.

This is a good example of where I am going wrong. When I am in my first gym class I just walk around the room and start to feel good, but when I go back to my gym, I can’t really do them anymore because of the cardio machines. I know that I have to do them a lot.

Well, you can always take the more traditional approach, like going to a gym that has cardio machines and walking around the room. It’s a lot of work and a lot of sweating, but I think it’s the better approach for your health.
