I am a huge fan of ‘anytime fitness’ because I feel it is a great way to get back into shape without having to take on an extra workout. But I do have to admit that I’ve been guilty of skipping workout days just to get away from an extra workout routine. It doesn’t matter how big or small your gym is— there are going to be days when a workout is more important than the rest of life.
Life is a big, complex web of distractions. You might get a sense of where you are today or in some other life. But there’s nothing about you that really matters. It’s about your relationship with life and how you can get there. You are in a relationship that might not be so simple.
