I just finished the new year with a goal of eating better. Not only am I eating better, but I’ve also found that I’m less distracted when I wake up. My mind is more clear and I can get more done. My new habit is to keep my eyes open at the same time throughout the day.

I think that this is very much a personal thing. I know that I have a tendency to look at my phone at night and I know that I can’t stay focused on the task at hand if I’m constantly checking my phone. But you can see how this habit of checking your phone at night has helped me stay focused. I have found that even though I am focused, I still have to check my phone in the evening.

So you can see why using your phone as a primary source of information is a good habit. If you are always on your phone, you are more likely to get distracted and fall behind. When you have a habit of checking your phone in the evening, you are likely to check your phone less often than you would without the habit.

I’ve noticed that when I sit back on the couch and do yoga, I sleep better. Its true. Because of the way we sleep, its true. Because of the way we sleep.
