I’m serious, the first thing you need to do is to look at your life and say, “I want to be alive for a little longer.

For most people, pain can be a symptom of something more serious, but for many others pain is a sign that something is wrong with their bodies. When dealing with pain, you need to look at it as something that can be controlled, and that it has an effect on you. The best way to do this is to find a way to stop the pain, and to then start to do the same thing. Self-awareness is the key.

I think the first step is to ask the question, “Am I trying to control the pain?” In other words, “Are my actions and behaviors trying to control the pain?” If someone says, “No,” it means they’re just not aware that the pain is influencing their behavior.

The problem is sometimes when we’re on autopilot, we tend to think that we’re in the middle of one of the three levels, which makes it hard to find anything that will help us. When we feel the pain, the best way to do the task is to find a way to get it stopped.
