

In my life, I have seen more and more people over the course of a two hour day with zero fitness goals. In fact, I have had more than one hour goals fail. So I don’t always have to have a goal in my life to have a fitness goal.
I have done it once but I never really had any results.
I know that I have had fitness goals, but I think the reason that I have had bad results is because I have been doing things that are not consistent with what I am trying to accomplish.
I don’t have goals. I just use the time. I used to have goals. I think that if I had a goal more then a month ago, I can get the next one. Because I can also get some of the other things that I want that I can’t get with my current goals.

The fact that you can’t get what you want as consistently as you want it is what makes it difficult. We all have to get what we want consistently in order to keep up with the competition, but it’s also important to remember that the competition can also be you. You can’t get what you want without making sure that you’re pushing yourself to the limit.
